Returning for his third appearance on the Frankie’s After Dark series, Edmonton-based drummer and composer Biboye Onanuga brings a groove-forward set to Vancouver. This evening, Biboye invites you into a sound rooted in contemporary jazz, but borrowing from head-nodding hip-hop loops, and soulful neo-soul harmonies. “Today’s Jazz”.
