From the legendary organ rooms of Harlem and Greenwich Village, veteran New York City saxophonist Nick Hempton teams up with Vancouver saxophonist Cory Weeds to bring their free-blowing blend of “barroom excitement and modern jazz finesse” to the Frankie’s stage! Fronting a classic Hammond organ group featuring organist Nick Peck and drummer Jesse Cahill the quartet will keep it funky, bluesy and most of all….GREASY!  These two nights will be recorded for Cellar Music so come down and join the party!
