Vancouver-based trumpeter and composer, Thad Bailey-Mai, showcases his heavy-hitting quintet project. With a distinctively modern sound, Thad’s trumpet playing draws from many different branches of the jazz lineage. His genre-defying compositions are built upon strong and memorable melodies. He’ll be joined by renowned Canadian greats: Brad Turner – piano, Chris Fraser – guitar, Conrad Good – bass, and Bernie Arai – drums.
