Jazz guitar players Bill Coon and David Blake present the music of guitar greats Jimmy Raney and Jim Hall, performing the music from a little known recording, Two Jims and Zoot. In 1964 Raney and Hall teamed up with saxophonist Zoot Sims to record a collection of intricately arranged repertoire, including Hall originals, reimagined jazz standards, and some adapted Latin tunes. Compelled by this brilliant pairing of jazz guitarists, David Blake and Bill Coon are thrilled to present the album in its entirety.
