Wild Blue Herons is the husband and wife team of pianist Bill Sample and singer Darlene Cooper. They play mostly groove-oriented jazz. Covid gave them the time and opportunity to record their 2nd album “You and I”, which should be available mid to late September. They will be joined by Miles Hill on bass and Buff Allen on drums.
